1. BACKUP YOUR MEDIA

2. RESET SAMSUNG GALAXY S FROM ANDROID MENU - SOFT RESET
- Tap Menu on Home screen of Samsung Galaxy S.
- Tap Settings > select Privacy.
- Tap “Factory Data reset” option.
- Tap “Reset Phone” > “Erase Everything” buttons.
- Type password if required.
- Your mobile will reboot and it takes time to reset phone to factory settings, please wait.
3. RESET SAMSUNG GALAXY S FROM BUTTONS - HARD RESET
- Charge your battery fully before reset.
- Turn off your Galaxy S and remove the battery then reinsert it again.
- Hold the “Volume down” button, press and release only the “Power” button. Note: keep hold the "Volume down" button.
- A menu will appear : Facebook, Recovery, Clear Storage, Simlock.
- To navigate use “Volume Down” button and select “Clear Storage” option by press and release “Power” button.
- Select Volume Up button for YES or Volume Down for NO
- It will automatically reboot when the process is successful.
4. IF SAMSUNG GALAXY S FREEZE or ERROR. TRY THIS ANOTHER METHOD
- Turn off your Galaxy S and remove the battery then reinsert it again. If your device freezes or hangs, reboot by pressing the "Power" button for 5-8 s.
- Simultaneously press the "Volume Up", "Home" and "Power" button
- Once the Samsung symbol appears, release the "Power" button
- A Boot Menu will display, use the "Volume up/down" to choose and tap "Home" button to select.
- Reset process will take a moment, please wait.
